Requirements
To install Dispatcher v2, you must have one of the following operating systems with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.01 or later installed on your computer:

The setup program for Dispatcher comes in two versions: complete (23MB) and compact (700KB). You can use the compact version if you want to update a previously installed version, or if you already have installed the Microsoft .NET 1.1 framework.
