LICENSE AGREEMENT IMPORT WIZARD RUNTIME and SOFTWARE DEVELOPER KIT (SDK)

Purchase of a Runtime Registration Key or a SDK Registration Key for the Software grants you a non-exclusive right to embed the Import Wizard 9 DLL file (iw9dll.dll) into your own custom software application. The Runtime License enables you to embed Import Wizard's importing capabilities to your application. The SDK license additionally enables you to embed .iwm file modification capablities and additional dialogs to your application. Under both licenses you are allowed to royalty-free redistribute the Import Wizard DLL with your application under the following conditions:

1) Your application provides substantial functionality that does not depend on the Import Wizard DLL. In other words, your application does more than importing data, it is not an Import Wizard clone. If, to the judgement of Beside Company Inc. this condition is not met, Beside Company Inc. reserves the right to revoke the royalty-free distrubution right. Permission can be given, on a case by case basis, to redistibute an "import only application" to a limited scope of users (for example the employees of your company). Please contact us for further information.

2) Redistributable Files
After you purchase a Runtime License or SDK License you are allowed to redistribute the .dll files created by the Import Wizard 9 setup program with your application. The files are installed in the "c:\Program Files\Import Wizard 9" directory by default. You are not allowed to redistibute any other files created by the Import Wizard 9 setup or the Import Wizard 9 SDK setup programs. You are specifically prohibited from redistributing (in modified or unmodified form) the demo application(s), documentation and help file(s) included with Import Wizard 9 SDK and Import Wizard 9. If you want to include help for iw9dll.dll in your application, you have to do so in your own help file.

3) You are responsible for end-user support. Only if an end-user finds a bug in the software, you can escalate support to Beside Company Inc.

THIS SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. BECAUSE OF THE VARIOUS HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ENVIRONMENTS INTO WHICH THIS PROGRAM MAY BE PUT, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. GOOD DATA PROCESSING PROCEDURE DICTATES THAT ANY PROGRAM BE THOROUGHLY TESTED WITH NON-CRITICAL DATA BEFORE RELYING ON IT. ALSO, PRIOR TO THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE WITH ANY DATA, A COMPLETE BACKUP OF THE DATA SHOULD BE MADE (AND RETAINED UNTIL IT IS DETERMINED THAT THE MODIFICATIONS MADE BY THIS SOFTWARE ARE CORRECT AND HAVE HAD NO UNDESIRED EFFECTS). THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THE PROGRAM. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

Credit card
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard/Eurocard, American Express, and Diners Club.
  • When you pay by credit card, you will receive your registration code by email immediately after the order has been processed.
Switch/Solo
  • We accept debit cards from Switch and Solo (UK).
  • When you pay by debit card, you will receive your registration code by email immediately after the order has been processed.
Bank/wire transfer
  • In order to avoid fees on international bank transfers, we offer the option of transferring the order amount to an account in Germany, France, or the UK.
  • You will receive the bank account information by e-mail after your order is submitted.
  • You will receive the registation code by e-mail as soon as payment is credited to our account.
Check
  • We accept bank transfers from US banks and checks drawn on US banks from our US customers. Canadian checks are not accepted unless they are drawn on a US-Dollar account.
  • We ask that customers outside of the USA send only guaranteed bank checks such as Money Orders or Cashier's Checks.
  • Detailed information will be provided to you by e-mail after your order is submitted.
  • You will receive the registation code by e-mail as soon as payment is received.
Cash
  • You can also send us cash by mail. You will receive notification of our postal address by e-mail after your order is submitted.
  • You will receive the registation code by e-mail as soon as payment is received.
Fax
