What is a Time License?

This license allows you to use Import Wizard for the amount of time that you purchased.

Why a Time License?

Maybe you need to import some files just once. Maybe you are still not convinced (or your boss is still not convinced) that Import Wizard will do the job; with this license you can fully trial the software at low cost.

How does a Time License work?

After your purchase a Time License you receive a registration code. Once you are ready to start using the software you enter this code in your copy of Import Wizard. The time starts running from this moment of activation. Once activated, the time keeps on running and can not be interrupted. So, if you purchase a One Day Time License, you can run Import Wizard for 24 hours after activation. Whether you actually use the software does not matter.
We recommend that you first build and preview the .iwm models you will be needing and then activate the Time License.

What do I need for a Time License

1) The Time License Registration Code you purchase here.
2) An installed copy of Import Wizard version 9.0.6 or later.
3) A working internet connection to connect to the validation server when you run Import Wizard.

What happens if the validation server is down?

First of all, this is a very unlikely scenario, the validation server is up and running for more than 99.9% of the time. But unlikely is not impossible, so the following procedure is in place when you have a working internet connection but Import Wizard can not connect to the validation server: 1. the Import Wizard program you are running generates a redemption code. 2. You email this redeption code to us. 3. We verify the redemption code and credit the lost time to your account.

What is a day for a Time License?

A day for a Time License is 24 hours counted from the moment of activation. The used time is tracked by the validation server which is synchronized with atomic clocks.

Can I upgrade my Time License to a Regular License

No, there is no upgrade path from a Time License.

Check
  • We accept bank transfers from US banks and checks drawn on US banks from our US customers. Canadian checks are not accepted unless they are drawn on a US-Dollar account.
  • We ask that customers outside of the USA send only guaranteed bank checks such as Money Orders or Cashier's Checks.
