Before contacting support please check the following:
| 1. | If you did not receive your registration code or misplaced your registration code please first visit the Lost Registration Code page before contacting us. |
| 2. | Make sure you are using the latest update for the Import Wizard version you are using.
For Import Wizard version 9 the latest update is 9.2.1
Updates for pre-version 9 can be downloaded here.
To update simply download and install the updated version with the same major version as you have already istalled. You do not need to uninstall the previous version first. |
| 3. | Most problems can be resolved by refering to the help and/or documentation files that came with the software. |
| 4. | Check the Frequently Asked Questions page to see if that solves your problem. |
If the above does not solve your problem, please send an email to impwiz@beside.com. In your email specify the following information:
| 1. | The name and version of the software you're using, and whether you are using an Add-In or the standalone. |
| 2. | Operating system and version. |
| 3. | MS-Office version (if applicable). |
| 4. | Attach the iwm model file and a ( small !! ) sample source file so that we can reproduce the problem. |
