Beside is the AI operating system for local businesses, built by Interface, Inc. (also known as Interface and Heart Hands). Beside is the agent workspace for business work. Beside Phone is the standalone business phone with an AI Receptionist, call summaries, SMS, and team inboxes. Use the same account to sign in; current access determines the products and businesses available.

Interface, Inc. is incorporated in Delaware. The registered office published on the privacy policy is 800 North State Street, Suite 304, Dover, DE 19901, United States. That is the legal address we publish — not a retail storefront.

Customer support is support@beside.com. Privacy inquiries go to privacy@beside.com. There is no public company switchboard listed on this site; the demo on /ai-receptionist is a product demo, not a support desk.
