Beside Ad Credit: Official Rules

1. No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Connecting tools or referring other businesses affects your waitlist position only and does not affect your odds in this promotion.

2. Sponsor

The Beside Ad Credit (the "Ad Credit") is a promotional sweepstakes sponsored by Hearthands Inc., doing business as Beside, New York, NY (the "Sponsor").

3. Promotion period

The promotion begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on July 10, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on September 30, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void.

4. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5. How to enter

Join the Beside waitlist by submitting a valid email address at beside.com/agentic during the Promotion Period, and be among the first 1,000 waitlist signups. That is the entire entry: one (1) entry per person and per email address.

Duplicate, automated, scripted, or bulk entries are void. Entries generated by any means that subverts the entry process may be disqualified at the Sponsor's discretion.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the Beside Ad Credit: one thousand US dollars ($1,000) in Beside account credits. Approximate retail value: $1,000.

The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other substitute. Redemption requires an active Beside account; credits are applied to that account and are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance. Any taxes on the prize are the winner's sole responsibility.

7. Winner selection and notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within fourteen (14) days after the end of the Promotion Period. The Ad Credit is awarded by chance, not merit: odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified at the email address used to enter. If the potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the first notification, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. General conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity, and may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the Sponsor's use of their first name and business name in connection with announcing the promotion result, except where prohibited by law.

9. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion or receipt or use of the prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Google LLC, Apple Inc., or Meta Platforms, Inc.

10. Disputes and governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in New York, NY.

11. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is handled according to the Sponsor's privacy policy at beside.com. Entry information is used to administer the promotion and the Beside waitlist.

12. Winner's name

To request the name of the winner, email support@beside.com with the subject "Beside Ad Credit Winner" within sixty (60) days after the end of the Promotion Period.
