Beside is the AI operating system that runs a local business: phone, receptionist, follow-up, CRM, website, reputation, ads, and scheduling. The legal entity is Interface, Inc., also known as Interface and Heart Hands.

What we ship

Beside Phone is the standalone business phone with an AI Receptionist, call summaries, SMS, and team inboxes. Owners keep their number or get a new one. Existing customers can open their account, download the app, and find help on the Phone page.

Beside is the agent workspace for work across your business, including your website, follow-ups, reviews, and ads. Beside and Beside Phone use the same account; your current access determines the products and businesses available after sign-in.

Beside is built for trades and local shops that run on inbound calls: contractors, salons, realtors, home services. Free tools anyone can use without an account include the Review Writer and the website audit.

Interface, Inc. is incorporated in Delaware, United States. The registered office published on our privacy policy is 800 North State Street, Suite 304, Dover, DE 19901, United States. That is the legal address we actually print — not a fabricated headquarters or a shop customers should visit.
