Baseline starts billing immediately, without a trial. Unlimited offers seven days free with a payment method, then bills automatically unless canceled. Trial texting is limited to 15 messages in total.

What does Beside Phone cost?

The web plans are $29/month per business for Baseline and $99/month per business for Unlimited. Each includes one line and team access for up to 20 seats; extra lines cost $4.99/month. Prices shown are USD. In-app offers can differ.

Are these the plans for the Beside agent workspace?

These are standalone Beside Phone plans for your business number, AI Receptionist, calls and messages. The Beside agent workspace has its own credit-based plans at beside.com/pricing. Already using Beside? Log in to review your phone access before starting another subscription.

What is the difference between Baseline and Unlimited?

The number of calls your AI Receptionist answers. Baseline includes 30 each month. Unlimited includes unlimited AI Receptionist calls. Both plans include the same Phone features.

Can I keep my business number?

Yes. You can forward calls from your current carrier or transfer an eligible number to Beside Phone. You can also choose a new business number during setup.

I already have a Phone subscription. Do I need to sign up again?

No. Open Beside Phone and log in with your existing account. You can review your plan there. If your subscription is managed by the App Store or Google Play, use that store to manage it. A download or a login does not change your plan.

What languages does the AI Receptionist support?

English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese for calls and texts.
