Beside does not integrate with ServiceTitan. It is not in Beside's published integrations directory. If you run ServiceTitan and need jobs written to your dispatch board, ServiceTitan's own AI voice agent does that. If you are a one-to-four-person shop, your problem is the unanswered phone, not the board.

We answer calls all day for small trade businesses, and this search brings two different people to the same page. One has a crew, a dispatcher and a board full of jobs. The other has a truck and a phone that rings while his hands are full. They need opposite advice, so this page gives both.

Does Beside work with ServiceTitan?

No. Beside's integrations directory lists Google Contacts, Google Sheets, Microsoft Teams, Monday CRM, Notion, Slack, Zapier, Attio, Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Odoo, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho Flow, Shopify, Square and QuickBooks. ServiceTitan is not on it, and neither is any other field-service management platform (Source: Beside integrations).

You will find a different number one click away. Beside's pricing page markets "1,000+ integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier)" (Source: Beside pricing). The directory that names tools individually is the one above, and ServiceTitan is not on it. Treat it as not connected.

If nothing lands in ServiceTitan, where does the call go?

Answering the call is only half of what you are shopping for, so here is the exact boundary. No job appears on a dispatch board. No customer record is matched against a ServiceTitan database. Nothing is written back into it.

What happens instead is that the call gets answered. Beside picks up when your team clocks out, greets callers by name when possible, and works out what they need. All or missed calls are automatically transcribed and summarized, and after every call Beside sends a summary with suggested actions and calendar events (Source: Beside). It creates the contact, and it can send a text.

For a shop with a dispatcher, that is a downgrade from a board that updates itself. For a shop where the alternative is voicemail, it is the whole job.

Already running ServiceTitan? Use its own agent

ServiceTitan ships an AI voice agent of its own. It answers inbound calls and books straight to the dispatch board with real-time knowledge of technician availability, confirms and changes existing appointments, escalates to a live person, and works with Contact Center Pro or any phone system with no extra setup required (Source: ServiceTitan).

If the thing you need updated is the dispatch board, that is the tool, and it is not us. Notice that almost none of the third-party pages competing for this search mention it exists. A page that sells you an integration has a reason not to tell you the platform already does it.

If you came here to connect your phone to ServiceTitan

Take the branch that fits. If you have a crew and a board, start with ServiceTitan's own AI voice agent, which is built to write jobs into the system you already pay for, and skip the rest of this page. If you are one to four people and no dispatch board exists yet, the next section is how to tell which of those two you actually are.

Are you actually a ServiceTitan-sized business?

Nobody competing for this keyword asks that, so use ServiceTitan's own reported figures. It defines that transaction volume as the total dollars its customers invoice through the platform, a proxy for the total revenue they generate (Source: ServiceTitan, 2026).

Divide the volume by the customer count. The average ServiceTitan customer invoices somewhere around $7.6 million a year. That is our arithmetic on their published numbers, not a figure they market, and it is the most useful thing on this page: the platform is built around a company doing millions a year, with the office staff that implies.

There is a practical tell, too. ServiceTitan does not publish a price. All three tiers say "Request Pricing" and you book a demo to find out what yours would be (Source: ServiceTitan pricing). Software priced per technician is priced for a company that counts technicians. Being under that line is the normal case, not a failing: 78.4% of US businesses had no paid employees at all in 2023 (Source: U.S. Census Bureau).

None of that is a knock on the product. For a shop with twenty trucks and a dispatcher, job costing and a board everyone works off are worth what they cost, and the per-technician math works because the technicians are billing all day. It is good software. The question is whether you are the company it was designed around.

What a four-truck shop is actually losing

For a shop this size, the money leaks at the phone.

A plumbing job runs a national average of $340, typically $182 to $500. The service call fee alone is $100 to $250 and usually includes the first hour. For emergency and after-hours work, most plumbers charge time and a half to triple their hourly rate (Source: HomeAdvisor).

The premium sits exactly where the office is closed. The most valuable call of your week is the one arriving when nobody is there to take it, and an after-hours voicemail is a job quoted by whoever picks up next. A dispatch board has nothing to do with whether that call gets answered.

Which one is your problem?

What it costs, and the one-job math

Beside is $29.99 a month, or $199.99 a year per user, after a 7-day free trial. That includes one phone line per user and unlimited calls and texts in the US and Canada. Extra lines are $4.99 a month (Source: Beside pricing).

One average $340 plumbing job covers a full year of Beside at $199.99. That is the whole comparison: one job, against twelve months of the phone being answered. No per-technician pricing, and no demo required to see the number.

How a four-person plumbing shop runs it

Dave Diaz runs DSM Rooter, a four-person residential and commercial plumbing outfit in Los Angeles. He is not dispatching a board from an office. He is under a sink, and the thing that has to happen is that the urgent caller gets him back quickly.

"Within the hour or less I'm reaching back out. If it's urgent, I can see it and move." — — Dave Diaz, Owner/Operator, DSM Rooter, Los Angeles

That is the callback the next contractor in the search results would otherwise have taken. A four-person crew has no office manager to absorb a rollout, so the software that wins is the one that starts working the afternoon it is installed.

The objection we hear most is that an AI will sound like a machine to a panicking customer. What closes it is the specifics: Beside answers instantly with no hold music, greets callers by name when possible, and works out what they need (Source: Beside). The summary lands with suggested actions, so the urgent one gets a callback within the hour instead of tomorrow.

Beside holds 4.8 stars from 8.9K ratings on the App Store (Source: App Store), which is a reasonable place to check whether other owners agree before you spend $29.99.

Setting it up without a project plan

There is no implementation phase here, which is the entire point for a shop this size:

  1. Keep the number on your truck. You can forward calls from your current carrier or port the number to Beside, and your callers keep dialing the same number (Source: Beside pricing).
  2. Tell it about your business, so it answers the way you would.
  3. Let it pick up when you cannot. It answers when your team clocks out.
  4. Read the summary after each call and act on the one that is urgent.

Compare that with a platform whose price requires a demo before you can evaluate it (Source: ServiceTitan pricing). For a four-person shop, the setup cost is the whole decision, and it is the cost nobody quotes you.
